ATF 41P Funding

As our viewers are aware, Firearms Industry Consulting Group (FICG), a division of Prince Law Offices, P.C., has been spearheading the attack against ATF’s most recent proposal, ATF 41P. We were the first to blog about the devastating effects of ATF 41P.  We also declared Tuesday, September 3, 2013, the NFA Day of Reckoning, where we provided sample letters for individuals, Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) and CLEOs to submit, which was extremely successful. And these are just a few of the numerous articles that we’ve published, let alone the time we’ve spent defending the industry against ATF 41P.

Unfortunately, our resources aren’t unlimited and we are requesting financial assistance from the industry. Experts are required to debunk ATF’s assertions and conclusions. A monumental amount of time is required to review all filed comments and file a proper comment, with supportive evidence, including affidavits and expert reports. We cannot do this alone and hence, we are requesting your assistance.

We only have one opportunity to attack ATF 41P. Any issue not properly raised and supported in the comments is waived. Therefore, it is imperative that we ensure that we have sufficient funding to raise all issues (or as many as possible) with supportive evidence.

Anyone wishing to donate to our initiative to invalidate ATF 41P can either mail donations to Prince Law Offices, P.C., 646 Lenape Rd, Bechtelsville, PA 19505 or call our office at 888-313-0416. Simply include a note or inform that staff that you are donating in relation to ATF 41P. Also, if you wish to donate using Paypal, you can use our Paypal address of paypal@princelaw.attymatter.com.

DISCLOSURE: Submission of a donation does not create an attorney-client relationship. By submitting any donation, you understand and agree that no attorney-client relationship is formed and that neither Prince Law Offices, P.C. nor any of its attorneys have agreed or are obligated to represent you.

  2. I can’t even begin to describe how frustrating this whole fiasco is to me. Because the Obama administration didn’t get their way with gun control, they are acting like little children and trying to make it as difficult as possible for regular citizens to acquire suppressors. It’s insanity. In my jurisdiction, the CLEOs will NOT sign off on any NFA item which means that unless I move to another county with a 2A friendly Sheriff, I will be essentially prohibited from acquiring any new NFA items. This is crazy!

There must be something the legal community can do about this, right? Is there some sort of legal remedy to stop the ATF from doing this?
