PA Senate Judiciary Hearings – The Who, What, Where and When, Including the Testimony

Today, Senator, and Chairwoman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Lisa Baker, posted on her website the written testimony submitted for the upcoming Judiciary Committee hearings on September 24th and 25th regarding Mental and Behavioral Health, Second Amendment and Other Gun Related Issues. The testimony for September 24th can be found here and the testimony for September 25th can be found here – simply click the name of the person to download their testimony. If there is no hyperlink relative to their name, they have not yet submitted testimony and you should check back for new submissions.

The schedule for oral testimony on the 24th can be downloaded here and the schedule for oral testimony on the 25th can be downloaded here.

For those anxiously awaiting my testimony, although it is linked on Senator Baker’s page, it does not include the extremely important Exhibits to my testimony. Accordingly, you can find a copy of my testimony here and the exhibits to my testimony here. As you will quickly ascertain, I have spent a significant amount of time in researching and drafting my testimony, especially in relation to the section on psychotropic and Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI) drugs. PLEASE, if you ONLY read one thing, read Exhibit C – The Declaration of Peter R. Breggin, M.D. from 2001. If that doesn’t place the fear of God into you regarding SSRI drugs – and that’s what he knew almost 20 years ago – nothing will.

Given the amount of time I’ve spent researching and drafting my testimony, any donations in support would be greatly appreciated. Anyone wishing to donate can:

  1. Let’s hope Senator Baker, committee chair, doesn’t cut off important pro-2nd Amendment testimony tomorrow, like she did with Dr. John Lott and Dr. Gallo today, because the hearing ran out of time. Most unfair. Dr. Lott, in particular, is a vast resource of information that informs against the baseless bigotry of the gun-hating left, information that we should insist our legislators hear. Her website contact form is https://www.senatorbaker.com/contact-me-2/
Let her know we want all sides to be fully heard.
And please contribute to Mr. Prince’s efforts !
