National Firearms Act Day of Reckoning – September 3, 2013

By Joshua Prince, Esq.

Firearms Industry Consulting Group (FICG), a division of Prince Law Offices, P.C., is declaring Tuesday, September 3, 2013, as the National Firearms Act Day of Reckoning in response to the recent proposal by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).

FICG, through Chief Counsel Joshua Prince and Attorney Tom Odom, have been blogging extensively since the proposal was posted late last night, including posting on procedural issues with the proposal.

FICG is encouraging the entire NFA community to come together in solidarity on September 3, 2013, and oppose any action being taken by the ATF in relation to this proposal. FICG will be working tirelessly throughout this Labor Day weekend to bring information to its viewership on the devastating effects of the proposal and what action can and should be taken. Accordingly, it is imperative that you check back on our blog frequently for updates, including updates on the NFA Day of Reckoning on September 3, 2013. FICG will be posting contact information and suggested language that you can sent to BOTH your state and federal representatives to ensure that Attorney Eric Holder does not simply ram this through the Administrative Law process, as appears to be the case already.

It bears note that FICG’s mission is: To provide legal representation in the protection and defense of the Constitutions of Pennsylvania and the United States, especially with reference to the inalienable right of the individual citizen guaranteed by such Constitutions to acquire, possess, transport, carry, transfer ownership of, and enjoy the right to use arms, in order that the people may always be in a position to exercise their legitimate individual rights of self-preservation and defense of family, person, and property, as well as to serve effectively in the appropriate militia for the common defense of the Republic and the individual liberty of its citizen

According to law put into effect by Congress 50 years ago, what Obama is doing should be illegal. How can one man, unless a dictator, enact his own laws that run askew of congressional law already enacted?
This should be stopped as it is only a political move to start the negation of the 2nd Amendment and is obviously a political move only.
This has nothing to do with crime but has a lot to do with an anti Constitutional president and his agenda. If he is not stopped, we are doomed as a free country with our own free will, as our freedom will be taken because of political means.
