Investigation Urged: Voters Seemingly Disenfranchised in Bucks County

Recently, a video has been circulating seemingly showing Bucks County Peace Officer C.Geiger (likely Charles D. Geiger) and other individuals with “Voter Protection” credentials denying access to voters in Quakertown, even though, they acknowledge that voting was supposed to be available until 4:30PM and they had precluded individuals from joining the line since 1:45PM, which is likely several violations of the law.

And then, there is this post by James Blair

In turning to the Election Code, 25 P.S. 3047 provides, in pertinent part:

The election officers, or any three qualified electors of any election district, may call upon any mayor, chief burgess, sheriff, deputy sheriff, constable, deputy constable, or police officer, to clear an avenue to the door of any polling place which is obstructed in such a way as to prevent electors from approaching, or to maintain order and quell any disturbance, if such arises. No police officer in commission, whether in uniform or in citizen’s clothes, shall be within one hundred feet of a polling place during the conduct of any primary or election, unless in the exercise of his privilege of voting, or for the purpose of serving warrants, or unless called upon to preserve the peace, as provided by this act: … That in no event may any police officer unlawfully use or practice any intimidation, threats, force or violence nor, in any manner, unduly influence or overawe any elector or prevent him from voting or restrain his freedom of choice, nor may any such police officer electioneer or directly or indirectly attempt to influence the election or electors while within one hundred (100) feet of a polling place as herein set forth

Thereafter, 25 P.S. 3520 makes such an offense an ungraded misdemeanor, which can be punished by “a fine not exceeding five hundred ($500) dollars, or to undergo an imprisonment of not more than one (1) year, or both, in the discretion of the court.” So, it would appear that Pennsylvania isn’t really concerned with the disenfranchisement of a person’s vote, since it is graded as the lowest possible misdemeanor…right?!?!

Well, that’s where 25 P.S. 3527 steps in and provides, in pertinent part:

If any person … shall use or practice any intimidation, threats, force or violence with design to influence unduly or overawe any elector, or to prevent him from voting or restrain his freedom of choice … he shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding fifteen thousand ($15,000) dollars, or to undergo an imprisonment of not more than seven (7) years, or both, in the discretion of the court.

There is also 18 Pa.C.S. 5301, which provides in pertinent part:

A person acting or purporting to act in an official capacity or taking advantage of such actual or purported capacity commits a misdemeanor of the second degree if, knowing that his conduct is illegal, he: (1) subjects another to … infringement of personal or property rights; or (2) denies or impedes another in the exercise or enjoyment of any right, privilege, power or immunity.

Pursuant to 18 Pa.C.S. 106(b)(7), a misdemeanor of the second degree can be punished by up to two years in prison.

Accordingly, as it would clearly seem as though violations of Pennsylvania’s Election Law and Crime Code occurred, I am calling upon Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn to investigate this matter and if appropriate, bring charges against those who disenfranchised voters of their fundamental right to vote. I will echo what I stated previously “[t]his is not a Republican, Democrat, Independent, Green…etc issue, as it affected individuals of every political party that sought to vote in [Bucks] County.”

If you have been disenfranchised and denied your fundamental right to vote, contact us today to discuss YOUR options!

  1. To add to the problem, Bucks county on has only one printer and it broke down. The problem will get worse. Those people rejected will now be showing up to the polls to vote. Does Bucks county have enough provisional ballots printed to handle the influx of voters coming to the polls and being turned down to vote on the machines?

  2. Hi, Joshua Vivian Kreidler-Licina here, I’ve been following what has been going on In Pennsylvania with this election. We are have great isusse here in Luzerne County as well. However, it’s really been hushed here. Jamie Welsh is in court today over people not receiving their mail in ballots. Curtains up in the Election Bureau so no one can see what is going on. Beth Gilbert who uses to be in charge of the election Bureau dropped off 1k voter registrations on Monday the 21at of October 2024 the last day to registor. Some of these registrations dated back to June 2024. She made sure she dropped them off at the end of the business day. As of Wednesday, the 23rd of October 2024, the County Manger Romilda Carcamo assured that the 2500 voter registration that needed to be processed would be done by Thursday the 24th. The county manager brought workers in from other departments to help with getting the registrations completed. unfortunately, these people have never worked in this department so I’ sure that’s a big problem. As I stated there is a court hearing today over the voter registrations and people not receiving their mail in ballots.

Now an article dated October 28th 2024 which the county manger state last minute voter registration applications were not fraudulent, along with the district attorney Sam Sanguedolce issuing a statement indication that case dealt with only 20 t0 30 application forms and investigation revealed none of the registrations were fraudulent. So 1k voter registrations dropped off the last day, end of business day and only 20 to 30 were the focuses of the investigation? Something seems very fishy if you ask me. We have a Governor of Pennsylvania who has made it very clear we are a democrat common wealth/state and has no problem in breaking the voting laws as well. Speaking of the governor, I understand that the Attorney General has a case against him in a cover up murder here in Pa and has yet to charge him. Thats for another time. Our DA has been burying all completions concerning voter fraud as well as candidates running for office that are not following the Law. Mike Cabell, who was the 117th state representative, lost to Jamie Walsh. Cabell gave his good by speech in Harrisburg Pa and yet there are signs being put out in the 117 District to write in Mike Cabell however none of these signs show who they were paid for by which is also a violation of the voter laws, I have filed a complaint with the Luzerne County DA office and the Pa Attorney General’s office, and nothing had happened.

You remember the paper gate in Luzerne County how the DA office said nothing to see here no one was to blame yet Beth Gilbert who was in charge of the election Bureau was made to resign. Luzerne Conty Council just approved 30,000 payments to two voters in the county and I heard there may me more law suits to settle over paper gate. with all the corruption in different county’s as well as State government being corrupt where do file to get the federal government involved to really take a deep dive and addressing the problems and hold people accountable for their actions,

Thank you for your time Vivian Kreidler-Licina 370 Stouts Rd Nescopeck Pa 18635 570-592-8844 vkreidler@gmail.com
