Firearms Law 101 – Pennsylvania Bar Association

The Pennsylvania Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, published in its Spring 2012 newsletter an article written by Attorney Joshua Prince on Firearms Law 101.  The article, Firearms Law 101: Knowing When Your Client Loses His/Her Second Amendment Rights, starting on page 5 of the newsletter, reviews the general prohibitions under Pennsylvania’s Uniform Firearms Act (UFA) and federal law.

If you have a firearms law issue or are an attorney concerned about whether pleading your client guilty to an offense will result in a prohibition, give us a call today.
