Frackville Borough Council Passes 2nd Amendment Preservation Resolution

On Friday, February 15, 2013, the Borough of Frackville, PA, passed its own 2nd Amendment Preservation Resolution, which is extremely similar to the 2nd Amendment Preservation Resolution passed by the Borough of Gilberton, PA. When I obtain a copy of the executed Resolution, I will post it.

It is important that these resolutions be passed by local governments, so to inform our political leaders that we will not tolerate restrictions on our inalienable rights. Please contact your municipality and police department to find out if they too will support a 2nd Amendment Preservation Resolution. If they won’t, or particular members will not, we, as citizens, need to be aware of their unwillingness and take this into consideration in future elections. Some of our elected representatives seem to forget that we have elected them and they are there to represent us and the Constitution.
