    1. No more than a domestic violence conviction, or a felony conviction, or a dishonorable discharge from the military, etc etc.
      Federal law says it affects it, until the law is changed or struck down, it will affect it.

      Your thoughts on the subject have no affect on the consequences of using marijuana and being caught in possession of both the marijuana and a firearm.
