NEWLY ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN TWO FEDERAL DISTRICT COURTS, WITH MORE TO COME

It’s been about a year since I wrote here about my limited license to practice law, the principle of diploma privilege, and the process of becoming licensed as an attorney in Pennsylvania (and to a lesser extent, Maryland) during the pandemic.

Now, I am pleased to announce that in the last two weeks, I have been admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the District of Maryland. In the coming weeks, I expect to also be admitted to the two remaining federal district courts in Pennsylvania, for the Eastern and Western Districts as well as to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. When that time comes, I’ll be sure to post an update here.

In the meantime, if you or anyone you know has a legal issue or question about which you like like to speak with myself or another attorney, don’t hesitate to contact us.
