US Supreme Court Agrees to Hear NY State Rifle and Pistol Association, et al v. Corlett, et al.
This morning, the U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari in NY State Rifle and Pistol Association (NYSRPA), et al. v. Corlett, et al, limited to the issue of "[w]hether the State's denial of petitioners' applications for concealed-carry licenses for self-defense violated the Second Amendment."
